Re: The Universal Heal--PLEASE READ

Reviving this thread because it's this post coupled with Daniel Millers last 3-4 videos that I've been following diligently for the past 13 days, with good results. There is a lot of good information here that shouldn't be lost in the depths of this forum.

I have attempted this method multiple times in the past unsuccessfully (you'll see a few responses by me on this thread from 5y ago), however compared to then, my implementation has changed slightly (much stricter with coverage, and covering inside of lip too), but also I wasn't self-isolating as I am now, and was therefore using my lips a LOT more for talking, and eating/drinking etc in a socially acceptable way.

13 days in, haven't peeled once, can see vertical lines under the aquaphor, skin feels tight and tingly.

Also using hydrocortisone cream around once per day.

Interested in seeing where the next week takes me. I won't be making any changes to my implementation for some time, I don't want to get complacent. That means continuing to keep them constantly covered, in and out, as I have for the past 2 weeks.
