Re:
yeah, you're right. I'm pretty constant on drinking a lot of pear juice and apple juice, these promote good oxidations, helps burn up "toxins". Other than those, I give everything a break. Like, I sometimes go weeks without any iodine, then suddenly I'll take a gram of it. Same with boron, in principle. Same for manganese, cobalt, zinc, copper. Copper is amazing. I have a friend who does autopsies, she said that half the corpses have aneurisms that didn't quite pop yet. That's largely a copper deficiency. But we also see its role in fibrinogen coagulation mechanism of blood, a huge protein contains one copper atom to about 500,000 molecular weight protein that can actually substitute for thrombin. Dr. W.F. Koch expounded on its importance to those recovering from disrupted oxidation, like cancer, diabetes, noting how copper aided recovery. I rarely eat animal protein, when I do I am sure to masticate it extremely well so it is fully salivated. Isn't it weird, that boron is concentrated in saliva ? It must be that it is necessary for proper digestion somehow. I think I'll go take a little lithium, haven't had any in a while.
