yes, i do remember. but like i said, i have learned. a bad source does not necessarily mean bad info. james is not a nice person. he does know a few things. and he is wrong about a few things. i just found this info on ozone by him and markus and did the math, saw he was correct and tried it myself and confirm it.

remember this spider bite i had a few years ago?

i was dying.  even after cutting that out and healing that up i had a full blown systemic bacterial infection.  should be a cinch for me, eh?  it wasnt.  what saved my life was ozone injection.  a hundred milliliters or so of medical grade ozone slowly injected directly into my vien.  it was immediately effective, only required one treatment, and the biggest side effect was that i felt like 15 years old and kept bursting out into song.  oh well.
