I saw a lot of things come to pass during the campaign process. I have a feeling you would not accept it so I will not elaborate. The prophets of the OT seem to be different than those of today. People actually did have to rely on those. People did not have to do warfare to make the prophecies come to pass. Much of it is scripture and it either has happened or will happen. Some Christians use the Deut. 18:22 test for every little thing as an excuse to call someone false in today's world. That was Old Testament, although to a certain extent we should still consider it to help us discern, but not to use it as an excuse to call just about everybody false due to some mistake. Some prophesy using the other meaning of the word and not a direct word from God. This confuses many and gives them an excuse to call them false when things don't happen. Most prophets will prophesy the direct word from God as well as prophesy using the speak definition. Many true prophets have gotten their dates wrong. I think they were just assuming from what God said. I do not put NT prophets on the same level as the OT prophets. OT prophets penned scripture as God breathed it. That's as high as a prophet can go.
