Re: Photos
That is all very interesting. I have much more to say but little time.
Would you like me to take a better picture of my saliva to make sure?
I 'generally' don't eat processed foods or milk, however I have eaten grains my whole life, and generally likely different grains than my ancestors have been consuming for the past few thousand years.
How good do you need the eye picture to be? A decently clear representation of the iris itself? Have just taken a number of photos, but they aren't that great because of my camera. What I could do is head up to the camera shop and take a picture with one of their high quality cameras, and send it to myself if possible. Would be educational as well for me as I'd see the difference in quality of camera towards something I have need of. Might even take a few lip pictures. Who knows could be a regular thing if they're great lol
Lastly, I do plan on going back on the paleo diet. However I'm easing on to it slowly, only because the last time I made a radical shift in my life I couldn't keep it consistent, and I think everything is pointless if inconsistent. I'm getting used to cooking, and learning how long things take etc etc. And I'm waking up pretty darn early too, 5am, totally different from last year, which means I am able to do these things. I'm sticking with rice and pasta for the time being, whilst increasing my meat intake, and at some point, perhaps soon, transition into simply eating meat, vegetables, fruit, nuts etc. I've totally eliminated bread however from diet (aside from when I hit McD's when I haven't the time or simply let myself go xD) as I've noticed its negative effects on me, i.e. fatigue/lethargy. I'm unsure if that is always the case however.
Milk I have no interest in generally, and aside from the occasional, though moreso fairly recent, lack of discipline and eating little chocolate when someone has some, I don't have much
Sugar or processed foods at all. Especially the other day I decided that McDonalds and all fast foods can go f*** themselves as it clearly directly affected my mood.
I'll read that thread and most likely go to the camera shop tomorrow.
