Can I ask, which picture showed you this about my saliva?

What you can do is say something like 2.7, the number before the point indicating which day, and the number after the point indicating the number I've labelled the picture on that day.

Now that you say that though, I have always felt like I've had something forever at the back of my throat and a permanent cough. And even right now it feels like saliva is thickish. Hmm.
