Day 4 - End

As the title suggests, this is as far as I could go. Even if I didn't have an event to attend tomorrow I probably wouldn't keep them on and live a life of avoiding people and not looking others in the eye.

The skin tends to be harder to get off when you let it build up, which is why I made an early start on it, as well in case it needed further exfoliation the next morning. The interesting thing though is that the skin tends to feel nicer and stronger, and less swollen when you remove the skin after allowing build for a few days. I feel like typical exfoliation causes more of a swollen look.

I couldn't be bothered to upload ALL the pics I took, this is a bloody long thing to do. And there doesn't seem much point. I'll try upload the ones I think are worth it.. I say that now...

The first is taken before brushing my teeth, and the following after soaking in toothpaste and water.

And this last one taken after napping for 2 and a half hours, and putting on coconut oil which seemed to be very nice to it.
