I'll do the best I can but please don't leave it all up to me. This will not exactly answer our questions but it will give us insight into what to expect leading up to the judgment.
If you will open your bibles and read revelation 20 you will see that the martyred christians and all that will be part of the first resurrection helped Jesus during the 1000 year reign. Verse 5 mentions that the rest of the dead are not resurrected until after the 1000 years are over. So this must be the unbelievers that will be part of the second resurrection. There are some sort of thrones of judgement going on at that time, however it does not seem to be the great white throne of judgment...that comes later after the 1000 years, when satan is released from his prison and after the war of Gog and Magog.
And when the deceived nations go to battle against God's beloved city and they surround the saints, then God will pour out fire from heaven and destroy them. After that the devil, false prophet, and the beast are thrown into the lake of fire to be tormented day and night forever and ever.
The next scene tells that all that could be seen was the great white throne and all people great and small stood before it as the books were opened and they were judged according to what these books said about them. The most important being the book of life.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
So basically...no more death...no more hell...no more people who are not found in the book of life. This is the second death.
Now this is the question. What does scripture mean when it says "camp of the saints" and the "beloved city"? Now read chapter 21, but read it not as a continuation of what happens next...but read it as a more complete explanation of what chapter 20 of revelation was trying to say.
