food that hurts us badly

I was thinking why ketogenic may be disturbing - is it a low vitamin-phytonutrient and high toxic load (assuming animal products are heavily involved)?
On the topic of why wheat and grains in general are "coma"-inducing, I feel there are at least four reasons beside Sugar high-then-low spells:
bromine/bromide (they add to most industrial flour), refining - depleted nutrients, pesticides involved in growing the crops, gluten-gliadin poking wholes in GIT and making it "leaky" plausibly as soon as it gets in the mouth + the many different impossible-to-digest particles attaching to everything they can, making us attack our own tissue.
At the bakery: "here is your delicious breakfast - enjoy the taste (and the profuse inflammation coupled with deep numbing and if-unlucky-overt-psychosis)". Seriously - I told my neighbor who confided he takes anti-psychotics to check on the connection Gluten and mental disease, since he obviously could not believe his daily ritual to share a french baguette with his dog made them both sick. ... obviously he did check, I saw them few months later both in good health, under no medications. The dog did not have his eye-throat mucus or falling hair anymore ...
I saw an add for Einkorn - a fashionable name for less altered wheat grain, claiming as long as you don't cramp or pass blood from eating grain, you can do it. Ha-ha. If this is not cheap commercial trick or Conspiracy - let me know! I have never had
any of these drastic reactions, but surely it contributed to a lot of damage.
