Re: good job!

I would. I will see if my system can handle it. I can't tell in advance how long it will be. If I can handle it, I calculated that my fat reserve is good for 30 days if I burn 2000 cal a day. If I burn less - then more days would be possible. I believe for me minerals and heart-related-scare are the limiting factor, no the calories, though. i will also loose some muscle, but it will be welcome, since I injured a lot, and logically the injured will be auto-lized first :)
I concur on rebuilding. Unfortunately right now my finances are strained and I don't know if I would be able to give somewhere between 5 to 10 dollars a day just for the coconuts; I posted Lou Corona's videos before, if it is the link you wanted to paste in your msg (there is no link in your msg).
I agree with you on the list of super-foods. Mungs have sprouted the easiest thus far. I can't get the nuts to sprout - they end up just soaking and then I blend and add probiotic. I would include also green drinks - freshly juiced leafy veg and turmeric/cayenne - they are anti-inflammatory. For cheaper time - I may try soaking and fermenting organic rice, or at least brown rice, if not organic. And of course organic flaxseed.
