healthy regimen
Hang in there, you'll be more or less "in the groove" in another 48 hrs.
What would be an ideal regimen for you - timing and food-choice wise? How many meals a day and how many hours between the most spaced-out two meals (not counting the 48 hrs fasts)?
Fruits never make me sleepy and green juices don't either. The rest of the raw is rather neutral, whereas fruits and greens actually make me alert and hungry on the clock - so the only problem is to have all that food/juice handy :) I experimented with predominantly fat-food - like 1 avocado plus walnuts, digest in 2-3 hrs or 2 tbsp of Flax-oil with lemon and some lecithin, which is also working - I digest this in 1-2 hrs, then I need that again. Sounds quite ravenous, I admit. I need to tune this in, since I don't want to go back to wheat-crazy-french-bakery ... so handy and so toxic, and so making me comatose - as you well said!
When you say low calorie - how many calorie a day would you have as a rough estimate? I would not have less than the "usual" 2000 cal, but on raw food I probably have toward 3000 it burns fast and I am more active and hungry.
