hi, i would love to support one another! i am new to the curezone website, but have done a few fasts in the past. as of today i am on day 6 of a 21 day Water Fast for digestive reasons.also i am wanting to lose the last few pounds left over from my pregnancy. i too have children i need to take care of and cook for daily, so fasting is not always an easy endeavor. i find it does open my eyes up to what foods i am feeding my family and how i need to be more vigilant about cleaning their diet up.
i can tell you that i am keeping a positive attitude and counting backwards from 21, which really seems to be helping me.also, make sure to drink plenty of water, otherwise you could start feeling more hunger pains as i did. i found if i don't drink enough water and get enough sleep i have a strong feeling of hunger, whereas if i consume plenty of water and sleep at least 8 hour i am not hungry and have plenty of energy. this is just what works for me, i'm sure every journey is different. good luck and stay positive...you can do it. think of the end results!
