Hi there,

I am also new to the forum. I started juice fasting on Saturday (25th, oct) and started the Water Fast on Thursday (29th oct). It is day 2 so I want to do Water Fast for 14 days and if I can proceed to 21 days, that will be a bonus for me. I need all the support to push through this tough road and be positive.
