Re: water fasting support

He wasn't a health nut--he never did all the bells and whistles. Which is why I'd wonder why the 'lemonade' from the cleanser diet would be too much hassle. It sounds like you need to do plenty of fussing to ensure you stay in the 'zone'. Compared to all that fuss and worry, the master cleasner diet is easy. You just do it till you want to stop.

I don't need an art, I need solutions, and Water Fasting never ever seemed like a reasonable although long time honored method.

And if you ate anything but the lemonade, it wasn't The Master Cleanse diet, any more than one round of herbs and a day ot two of zapping makes Dr. Clark's protocol. Sorry.

But I'm glad you're ok with it. Maybe different body types react differently. I just know only water by the end of the second day never felt 'right', where as The Master Cleanser felt fine until I got tired of the drink and didn't drink enough the last two days.

Proof enough for me as to what I would recommend. But of course this is my opinion, and that's what I've figured out. :)
