Thanks for the advice. I am doing a Water Fast for physical healing- It did wonders for me once and I really believe in it . Also, I might have 10 lbs I could drop but even that is pushing it, I am not over weight and I sure do hope i gain my weight back. At the end of my first I was down to 99 lbs which is not ideal for me at a 5 7 height. I am just really looking forward to not having all the joint pain and other symptoms that cleared up after my first fast. But this time I really need to keep my nutrition clean after the fast as I am where I am with my pain today as I reintroduced foods that threw me back where I was.
