Hi there! I'm new to the forum and to fasting. I would love to support each other as we fast. I have been juice cleansing since last saturday and dropped down to water with lemon and a bit of stevia only yesterday morning.

I have a lot more weight to lose than you, but I still hope we can support each other. I hope you get some more energy soon and that your fast is successful at healing you!
