MattK3 Are you able to tell me how much of Epsoms Salts will make up the dose to take each day to clean out the liver?

I threw out the package. I have capsules to put it into. Capsule size 00 each capsule holds 0.95mg of grains.

I am searching the net for dosage for weight. I am mathematically incompetent.

Question 1. Could using this source possibly mean 10 of those sized capsules of epsoms salts per day?

Question 2. Would you please advise when is the best time to take it AM or PM empty stomach or not.?

Any input you feel able to provide is much appreciated as I cannot rely on my foggy brain and lack of math brain.
