Matt. Thanks for including the color chart. I might be really worried otherwise.

Magnesium Sulfate capsule definitely working. Color is somewhere between dark brown and black.

I've been really tired lately and a sluggish liver may be the cause. I have really neglected taking care of my liver. I feel more energetic today and plan on taking the capsules until color is normal.

I received some literature with my order from Dr. Clark Store saying saliva ph should be measured 2 hours after getting up; urine ph should be measured when you get up. Any thoughts on this? My order of test strips hasn't arrived yet.
