Matt. I've been taking the 1030 mg magnesium sulfate + 250 mg magnesium oxide + 630 mg calcium citrate.
From your post, it sounds like I shouldn't be taking calcium citrate.
2 days ago when I started having leg cramps, I wasn't taking the magnesium oxide. So, is the calcium citrate the problem? My potassium is not a citrate.
Sorry we are so stupid and don't understand ionic or citrate, etc.
I guess you could ignore my question and I'll just do exactly as you suggest. I'll get potassium citrate and magnesium citrate. Could I take a calcium carbonate without a problem (although I know from experience I don't absorb it well)?
