Hello! In general any autoimmune disease don't go with parasite infection it's actually the opposite since parasites suppress the immune system. From your case it sounds like a roundworm infection when it comes to muscle tissue from "feeling them to twitching" now which specific family you may never find out it's just what works on this type. Praz don't work on roundworms so I highly suggest albendazole and ivemectin which does esp in muscle regions.
