Perhaps I can answer this question in part.

He is looking for an answer to an issue that several people on these forums appear to have. The problem is that he has developed some misdirected anger because he bought the wrong products from the wrong zapper sellers.

There are zapper sellers out there that do provide a lot of hype and they do manage to convince a lot of buyers that their product is the best although they have not improved much except labeling in almost 20 years. Some of these sellers cobble together a hand made piece of junk ( on the inside ) made from the cheapest materials and components available and sell them for exorbitant prices.

In a way, I do not blame him for his anger but he should not be directing it at me without first trying our product. Once properly and fairly tried, then all is fair.

I realize his reluctance because of past failures but if he had tried ParaZapper and it did not work and then returned it, he would at least see the difference in integrity.

I am not saying that we are perfect, sometimes things slip through the cracks an sometimes, we mess up. But when we find out our errors, we go to great extremes to fix things.

He also need to understand that I have right and reason not to post things that could endanger my freedom and personal well being. When the federal government combined with state and local law enforcement come into both your business and your home, go through personal things, carry things off, shut your income off, and spend close to a million dollars trying to find some way to put you in prison, it does tend to make one suspicious and leery.
