NO, I have given the proof in the form of this picture.
 

It is not just the green algae that is killed. The water, after zapping, is not cloudy, it is very clear. Under microscopic examination no living microbes were found. Almost all  microbes have been killed if not all. As I have said before, a zapper based on the 555 has never been shown to be able to do this. A frequency generator has never been shown to be able to do this.
