No, just the opposite. If I wanted lots of money and lots of sales, then I would have it marketed as a medical device at 10 or 20 times the price.

That is one of your false claims. From the FDA "Your product is therefore a device ... because it is intended for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease" which was based on information on our site at http://paradevices.com which has subsequently been removed or altered so as not to refer to our current products.

We had lots of information posted that provided support for our claims but had to remove it because its very presence made our products into medical devices. This information included extensive statistical results in addition to many hundreds of testimonials.

The issue is that if we provide convincing data, then we are left with one of 3 possible alternatives.

1) I go to prison for selling medical products without FDA permission.

2) We spend $$$millions$$$ trying to get our product approved.

3) We close our doors and publish the information hoping that someone cares enough to produce as good of products as we do. Since most zapper makers and sellers are 10 to 20 years behind us and have been ever since we started, that is not likely to happen.

So, with that in light, we are going to use a 4th option. We are improving our products and continue to work towards the best zapper possible and will continue to sell them to our customers on a trust basis without claims ( except for killing microbes in water based environments ) simply because this works. Our customers trust us and we live up to that trust. You have never seen an actual customer post a message that we cheated or short changed them. This is not because we are perfect or do not make mistakes but simply because , if we do make a mistake, once we are aware, we will fix it.

Customers compare our products to the competition, buy our products, try them, and keep them. The occasional returns are not a significant issue.
