Yes this is logic to be sanctionned when lying, exaggerating, deceiving, omitting, just to sell devices, especially when there is no proofs that these devices produce the effects they claim, and especially when the target is desperate ignorant infected people.

(by proof i mean observations, measures of the results of experiments made by any person, no need to be an official or to have a title in order to follow the scientific method...)
