It is so convenient to spread vague suggestions and not have to provide any proof of what this technology can do or cannot do.
If the intent of a maker/seller of a device is to help improve this technology and to help infected people, doing some serious experiments with measures and observations and publishing these would be the appropriate approach, but if the intent is to sell many devices, spreading unjustified claims and vague suggestions to influence the infected people to buy would be the appropriate approach (what parazapper and others zappers makers/sellers do)
