This remedy worked for me. I was so ecstatic. I had suffered with excruciatig pain for three days (after a week of moderate pain) and finally I sucked it up and looked for a home remedy. I don't have insurance, and as I've already had two lanced in the last 5 years, I couldn't imagine how much it would cost.

I didn't have the calamine lotion. The first compress I used the witch hazel and tea tree oil and 4 hours later I used chamomile tea, witch hazel and tea tree. All the time I did massage the cyst. Nine hours later, the cyst drained. The pain is almost completely gone. Yay! I can stand and sit again.

I recommend making sure you have pads on hand. I use tampons for my monthly, so I've had to send my husband out for supplies... but other than that I am mighty pleased with this remedy. I know it has saved me hundreds of dollars. Tweet
