Do you just hold the pad with the mixture on the outside of your labia or do you kind of put it on the inside like where the actual gland opening would be?
I have a bartholin cysts that's been going on for a week now and I've been doin sitz baths and taking silicea 30 and its not getting better only worse its probably bigger then a ping pong ball now and getting painful. I tried the mixture last night twice but I found no relief.
