Re: Home remedy for cysts/abscesses

thank you everyone for posting your home remedies and how they have worked. I have a barth cyst now and have poked it, done sitz baths , and also hot compress. I think I made it worse by poking. But today was able to drain a lot of it. Thank goodness! It still seems pretty sore and don't know if its all drained because of the soreness/swelling maybe because of the pressure i applied also while trying to drain it. Anyways my question is that if it isnt completely healed within a couple days can I still try the tea tree witch hazel application even over the small hole that I made? Or will this make it worse?
