According to this website, parasites in bile ducts are visible on ultrasounds.

This link from another post on curezone also suggests that some parasites can be found by ultrasound.

I found another article from curezone claiming that parasites can be difficult to interpret in ultrasounds by the technicians. A capsule endoscopy could be more reliable in finding parasites, as it films them inside your body.
