That is crazy... you must be scared to death :(
I have the same problem.. I can't expell anything unless I take medicine... which I guess makes sense. Having a seizure should have been an indication that something isn't right. Can you see a neurologist? I think some Tapeworms can be found with MRIs or cat scans, but im not 100% sure though if they will pick it up in every person.
Showing your doctor "samples" and photos might get you somewhere.. a referral to infectious disease or another doctor. Most of the time they want that impossible positive stool test and imo, they rely waaaaay too much on testing. you'd think that letting someone walk out of your practice who has untreated worms would be a bigger liability but who knows. If you can, try to get something to show the doctor and if you still cant get anywhere, see if they can refer you somewhere else like GI and neurology. See if they will repeat the stool test.
I'm not sure if I'd continue self treating or paragone if its going to cause seizures.
