Eating alive 2 explains how we should eat what's in season ... it solves A issue that our modern world created by shipping foods around the globe.. greens, veggies and fruit IN GENERAL have more potassium than salt, so, are you in the "photo period"?(in the sun?longer days than nights now where you live?)These are what is suggested to eat more of, Then opposite in the winter you would eat more meats, fish..if vegetarian steam or brine your greens or salt them.
Favor the balance to potassium in summer, sodium in winter

I've ate 3 watermelons this summer, SEEDED! 1/3 a day for weeks, got enough seeds for the tea lol
