I worked with a raw vegan magazine as an editor for some years. I was never vegan myself. I finally had to quit as I just did not believe in the diet, although I do feel the teachings of Natural Hygiene are good, specifically that the body is self-healing when we give it the proper conditions.

Re your comment happy manatee about seafood being polluted. Actually, wild salmon and sardines are fine. Very low in mercury. And we really need the fats as well as the protein in fish.
