Even at the lower dosage of 12mg, which is what I attempted to drop down to, I saw no change in my health status.

In discontinuing Iodine supplementation and only getting Iodine from my eggs, I see no signs of Iodine deficiency. I should also add that I take long showers in fluoridated water. Even with that, I have no symptoms of hypothyroidism or any of the other negative effects of iodine deficiency.

I simply don't believe these guys. They only reinforce each others' hypotheses and I see no independent verification of their claims outside of the big three doctors who assert that iodine supplementation is such a great thing.
