Thanks for posting about your experience with iodine. I certainly don't doubt your testimony and have read others that have great benefits from supplementing with iodine, and yes, every single person does need Iodine but I think we could debate the amount that we need.

You wrote "Iodine is not a cure-all". Wow! That is the first time I have heard any Iodine supporter admit that and it seems that many others on the Iodine forum would disagree with you because that is exactly how it is propagated by many on the Iodine Forum as a cure-all for any ailment. If more people were willing to admit that Iodine is not a cure-all but instead simply an element (one of hundreds) that has very specific functions inside the human body, I think we could have a more realistic discussion on the topic.
