Re: Not a Fan of Iodine Supplementation

"Farm fresh eggs"

What the heck does that mean ? Farm fresh eggs ? What if I have six chickens and live in a trailer on 5 acres and wait a week after collecting the eggs to eat them ? They're not farm fresh eggs, cuz, they're a week old, and also, my shack isn't on a "farm", there's no corn or other vegetables being grown there. What is the connection between being on a "farm" and the quality of an egg ?? Nothing. And since you haven't defined what a "farm fresh egg" is in the first place, its an indefinite term, and you can't compare nutritional content of an undefined egg to any other egg. BTW, "vitamin D" ?? Do you know what vitamin D even is ?? Please, tell me, I want to know. Seriously, what exactly do you think Vitamin D is ??

Basically, you are comparing an undefined egg to some other egg(s) and saying the undefined egg has more of something else in it that is also undefined.

Which makes your post totally useless to anyone who has even a single normally-functioning brain cell :))
