Hi, Sorry I just saw that you posted this. I really don't have the answers for your questions, but I can tell you about my experience.
I have had Restless Legs my whole life (as a child they called it growing pains). I don't know if its the parasites, their toxins or heavy metals, but I believe there is a link. My leg pain has GREATLY reduced since detoxifying! I was told heavy metals block magnesium and calcium from absorbing thus causing cramping (this makes sense to me like lead blocks and x-ray). Unfortunately heavy metals and parasites often go hand in hand.
