Funny, I missed this message earlier.

Glad the 2 hour interval is working for you.

I think maybe your PRZ dosages are low? (but if it's working, maybe it doesn't matter). What I remember from the label is 75 mg/kg/day for flukes. Divided by 3 that is 25mg/kg/dose... or for you, 55 x 25 = 1375 mg for each dose. PRZ for humans often comes in 600 mg tablets, so that would be 2 1/3 tablet every two hours for a total of 7 x 600 mg tablets per day.

I'm 65 kg and take 9 x 600 mg PRZ per day if I am doing intensive therapy (2 weeks on and one week off). If I am combining with IVM and ALB, I cut back to more like 25 mg/kg/day.

Your ALB dosages sound right. If I am doing intensive therapy, I take 800 mg/day in 2-4 doses.
