I am also treating myself for parasitic mites species, and finding great success with a rotation of oral ivermectin and oral moxidectin. In addition, these meds are applied to the skin as a topical solution. It's working effectively, just have had to treat for a good 3 months+ to break their life cycles.
One interesting thing that I've noticed with just the moxidectin is that is had some degree of flukicidal action. I had NOT found that effect mentioned in any of the scientific literature. But when I shared my protocol on a forum, another person tested it out, and found dramatic improvements to getting rid of flukes using the oral moxidectin (both for mites and flukes infections.)
Just thought I'd share, and see if anyone has had a similar finding.
