what u described-the monster worm-one morning i was havin a bm and one was lodged in the feces, and snapped back. this disease has put us so in tune with our bodies that we know exactly how badly they are destroyin our health. about a month later i passed it. it was about as you described it. and my skin is like leather. but i was thinking schitsomiasis also, because those are marking my body all up with their trailing melanin flat mole tracks!
