I am sorry to hear about your spinal injury. I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but Jesus paid for our healing by the stripes He bore. Medical doctors may tell you that your situation is permanent, but I know it does not have to be. If I were in your shoes I would not waste my time playing video games. I would use all the spare time I had to build my faith for healing as well as to get closer to God.
