1. Very thick Slippery Elm with every meal. Helps coat the lining.
2. Acidophilus from Solgar. At least 3 pills with each meal.
3. Probiotic combination called "Custom Probiotics". 2 pills with each meal.
Regarding the Hair Mineral Analysis - you might want to read some of the posts in the "Nutritional Balancing AF" forum. Many seem to think that Trace Elements has helped them quite a bit. So you might want to look into that.
