All fats cause me havoc! Rice is OK but i lost so much muscle at the beggining of this crash when i could no longer tolerate protein foods and just went onto rice and veg.

Yeah my digestion is the worst. gastroparesis type thing and just basically doesnt break down food much properly at all (or absorb most likely). So things tend to sit in the stomach too long and if fruit with other things ferments for sure.
