Ah yeah I've heard a lot talk about 23 and me. I might do it later on, but as Joe said, think i'll just try to detox metals first if i possibly can.

Interesting as I've just been reading about Dr Wilsons nutritional balancing etc and was thinking to arrange a hair mineral analysis through a practitioner I know.

I'm not sure if mine is copper so much, just mercury, or a combo of lots of metals. All i know is I detox extremely poorly, and therefore probably have a huge bank up of metals (and all sorts of toxins). Did you consult with Dr Wilson?

Ive used oral methyl b12 for ages and it doesnt do anything. I get a boost almost every time from a hydro b12 shot. I think it still does similar in regard to NO and so on.

Thats so awesome to hear, glad its going well for you. I long for the day I don't feel like im dying. At the moment it just gets worse all the time no matter what I seem to do.
