I had been unfortunately plagued with BV for well over 10 years. I feel everyone's pain and frustration. I began taking grapefruit seed extract capsules, 2 caps twice a day to prevent cold sore breakouts.
Not only did my cold sores not occur but my BV went away as well!
I had and am also taking acidophilous (1 capsule/day..Fem-Dophilous)
and am also taking liquid D3 w/ K2 (5 drops orally/day). I have
never felt better! I do believe the grapefruit seed extract
was the the kicker though! Acidophilous did help but the combo
really eliminated it entirely. :) Hope this helps someone out!
