Im doing much better i've went back and fourth with Natway and Anthony , but since i lowered my meat consumption ,seem like im feeling better everyday, I dont do all fruit i can eat potatoes, rice , fruits too, i dont think its the Sugar thats killing people its too much meat and fat... natway just may be saving people from cancer and many more candida elements/diseases, I suffered from this candida all my life and im in my 30's( not able to live life as a normal person basically rob by false knowledge is pure hell ) ,Do you know what it feel like to be almost 100% healthy its unexplainable , At the end of the day if your health not right nothing else goes right in your life universal law, I just might have continue doing the low carb high fat/meat diet circle forever slowly killing myself if it wasn't for people like Anthony and Natway being so aggressive(what made me try it twice and failed then make adjustments for my body) with their message even tho the nay sayers disagree so i thank them...

PS and to save so much money not buying killing supplements and coconut oil(bleach lard/oil very hazard to health),high cost meats and being able to eat normal with a variety of healthy foods etc..i truly believe i was born with candida overgrowth and did the low carb hardcore made me at my worst health ever i tried over and over(13 years a least) doing low carb high fat a few days your symptoms subside(not completely but the side effects just as bad you become weak, brainfog,hairloss,depression,low libido,weigh loss due to malnourish basically a zombie dying a slow miserable death not able to live a normal life is a vicious cycle then you go back to the forums and hear its die off, flush more, more supplements, add more dangerous fat (coconut oil), it take aleast 2 years or one month for every year you had candida just more crap, im glad its people who taking the direction Natway and Anthony(havent seen him wonder if hes okay)..i think its a Conspiracy to keep people sick (money)i suspect you will have fake people going against what natway say(knowing he's on point) and he might even get banned if they think people starting to catch on, do you know how many crooks be out of business that deserve to be for killing humanity for a dollar.. my advice keep going!!!!!!!!
