The advice I'm recommending does seem to go against the conventional wisdom of a lot of conditions, it went against the conventional wisdom of what I was suffering from, however it healed me very quickly when I decided to take the plunge.

It doesn't take a person posting here very long to notice a lot of people here have been struggling for a long time with the conventional wisdom they have been told to treat their condition. Some conditions do take a while to heal, but how many people are like me and have been sent down the wrong path the whole time, needlessly suffering, worsening their health, and throwing lots of money down the drain?

I'm just trying to alert people that maybe what they are currently doing is only a band-aid to their problems and they haven't spotting what the root cause is or been going down the wrong path to fix the root cause and the fix could be as easy as a diet path that happens to go against conventional wisdom.

Do most people think their past diets didn't get them here in the first place? I'm not saying their is a one size fits all diet. I haven't been recommending people eat a specific way, just in the direction of a certain way and then everybody will be able to fine-tune what works for them.

Not you SK, but it doesn't help when just about everyone who has been complaining about me has been grossly misquoting me.
