i hear the peel is even better to eat than the banana itself. i'm not sure the best way to prepare it though (to keep it raw). I think the person who told me this simmered the peals in water for 5-10 minutes then drank the liquid but i guess that would not really be raw. i think it contains high levels of serotonin.
