Just curious, are they paying you to promote their site? Your recommendations to people sound a bit robotic. Like you're here to advertise.

Many of us (including myself and Onwards) were on a high fruit raw vegan for years and wound up nutritionally deficient with severe AF. Nothing at all to do with caloric intake either.

You really should stop recommending that people with adrenal issues eat bananas loaded with potassium. It is fully documented, even in western medicine, that people with adrenal issues have sodium depletion and potassium overload. The last thing they need is that much potassium. They could go into kidney failure.

Most of us here are smart enough to know that, but there are many new desperate people who lack the experience and are willing to try anything at all. What you're suggesting could really harm someone.

You're not making any friends here by doing this, and you're aggravating a good number of people who are already very frazzled and come here for support. I am not attacking or insulting you, I am asking you to please have respect for the people in this forum. Thanks Tweet
