Have you read that Ashton Kutcher just got out of the hospital after following a diet of only fruits, non-starchy vegs and nuts? He was doing it to play the role of Steve Jobs, who followed a fruitarian diet. As you know, Jobs died of pancreatic cancer. I am not saying the diet caused it, as I really don't know, but Kutcher says his pancreas got totally out of whack when he followed it. Be careful.
