Have a look at food rationing in the UK and other countries, during and post WW2.
Are you nit picking now?, because you have no data to add to the claim you made in your original post?. If it was you that wrote the title, it is you making the claim, but feel free to blame it on someone else.
How do you know that the people doing the study "know" that correlation does not mean causation, do you know the people personally, have they told you directly?
"Should they have hidden their results?" No, and that was never suggested by me or anyone else, but you should have not tried to misrepresent their results.
I was not making a statement, (scientific or otherwise), about the insults the poster may receive, just a personal observation, which has been proven correct.
